Excellent service

Very satisfied with the service I received from Sophie and the team from start to finish. Sophie valued the house at a slightly higher price than another estate agent, but it was realistic, with 4 offers at the asking price after the open day. The team were always contactable, and always had the latest information on progress to hand, whoever I last spoke to. They clearly kept in touch with the various parties on a regular basis and I felt my sale was in good hands throughout.

Excellent and professional service

Our house took a while to sell but Allen & Harris didn't let it drift and we felt they were proactive in trying to get it sold. Once sold the staff were excellent in helping us push through the sale as quickly as possible. I would go as far as to stay they saved our sanity as it was a very stressful time. Everyone in the office was lovely but a particular mention to Sophie and Ria who we felt went above and beyond.
