I asked for your contact details as I wanted to let you know that Edwin did a great job selling my flat. Even though the eventual buyer was unsure about the purchase as it was going to be difficult for him to get a mortgage for a while, Edwin came up with the idea of securing a bridging loan showing good ingenuity.
