Jenny, in particular has been a font of knowledge. She’s always a joy to interact with, she combines extensive market knowledge with a positive, friendly demeanour. Nothing is too much trouble for Jenny, and out of all of the people I spoke to when deciding who to rent our 2 properties with, Jenny was hands down our favourite. Megan too was very keen to ensure that the right tenant was found All staff at the Frodsham branch are professional and courteous and we would not go anywhere else.

5* Service from Nathan at the Frodsham Branch. Nathan was very professional and friendly on all calls and assisted with finding my family the perfect rental property. Nathan kept us well informed throughout the referencing and always called back when he said he would. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Swetenhams. Great service.

I arranged to meet Jenny on the 2nd January to view a property that was in the process of being converted/built in an old school. On 31st of January I moved in. Jenny and Nathan both kept me updated on the progress of the build throughout and any questions asked were answered. The relationship she had with the team of builders played off as she worked relentlessly the final few days make sure I moved in on my given date.
