Fantastic team of professionals!

William H Brown Grantham where the first estate agents me and my husband have ever visited and spoken to after seeing a property we feel in love with online, and all I can say is that the team were absolutely amazing from the very first meeting. Me and my husband first walked in and were welcomed by the friendly staff who didn’t take long to introduce us to our mortgage broker Natasha.
Natasha was incredibly insightful, and she took her time in listening and answering all of our questions with great detail and knowledge. She made the process look incredibly easy, which made us feel at ease knowing that we were in excellent hands.
Phoebe was incredibly friendly and gave us an insight into the property during our initial viewing. She was polite and professional in all our engagements whether it was in person or over the phone.
We were both incredibly impressed with the property and expressed our interest with both Phoebe and Natasha who helped us in securing the property.
Processing the mortgage papers just sounded a bit daunting, but Natasha made it look like a walk in the park! She promised us that we were in safe hands and that she would make this a smooth process for us and that there is nothing to worry about.
