Honestly the best experience we've had! Clearly explained what we need to know, gave us the best option possible, fantastic communication, able to have a proper human conversation with Lisa M in-between documents/programmes loading, answers any and all questions we have, very respectable when it came to asking personal questions, just overall love her!
