Really efficient and excellent service, cannot fault

Was assisted by Ian Hutchinson who really took his time to find the right mortgage deal for me. Ian responded to any queries promptly and efficiently and the application process has been extremely smooth. Highly recommend and will use in the future for all my mortgage advice.

Great service, professional, timing and efficient

You don’t tend to buy a house everyday, and I felt a bit nervous and sceptical about entering the process. Ian Hutchinson was BRILLIANT, he is very knowledgeable, guided us through the process. Ian is very professional, patient, no questions, doubts were any hassle for him. Also, I found Ian always staying on top of things, calling me to check in and incredibly efficient. Even if some or our questions were not related to his day to day role, Ian ensured he contacted other parties to get back to me with a resolution This has been very refreshing when today’s days I think we are losing the personal touch to build rapport with Customers and trust. Thank you Ian for your OUTSTANDING job. We really appreciated it.
