Helena has been amazing with supporting me with my mortgage application and all the other paperwork that goes with purchasing a house. I last bought a house 15 years so going through this process feels new to me but Helena has helped with all my questions - no matter how silly they are.
Very happy with how they delt with things especially as the situation was complicated with the seller.

Brilliant mortgage advice. I had spoken to about 6 mortgage advisors over the last couple of years and they had all told me I could only get a very small mortgage not enough for what I needed. I had to get a mortgage capability as part of my divorce proceedings and was told about fox and sons mortgage service during my house valuation. I didn’t go with any expectations to my meeting but came away over the moon. He was the first mortgage advisor who listened to my situation and said he could help. The best advise very communicative and so helpful.

Gemma was the best, she didn't bombard us with emails, just a courtesy every other week to check in on us and offer her help when needed. Always easy to get hold of and never judged us when we asked (silly) questions.
