We have been dealing with a new mortgage advisor at your WGC branch (James Wiggins), as Clare Swatton has been promoted since we last met with her 5 years ago. I was sceptical at first at having to deal with someone new but James has been so accommodating and goes above and beyond to be flexible with appointment timings in the evening around our childcare provisions. He is so approachable and investigates the suggestions and ideas i put forward to him. He has been very understanding/empathetic to our personal situation - in that I have instigated a separation from my Husband, whom is also a member of the Sequence lifetime advice for mortgages. He has been professional throughout and conducted 1 2 1 appointments and also joint appointments as the situations arise that dictate confidentiality. This years mortgage advice process is not fully completed but I welcome future meetings with him in his career at WHB.
