I used Fox and Sons to sell a property using the 'Modern Method of Auction' at their recommendation, so actually I was in contract with the Auctioneer rather than the estate agent direct. However, that didn't seem to affect the friendly and efficient services provided by Amy and Megan at Fox's, and as I lived some distance from the property, they handled the viewings which all went very smoothly. Apart from the final sale being an online auction, Fox's were very efficient. show more
