Ryan Hilliam from WH Brown Cromer was absolutely brilliant, me and my partner have been going through the process of buying our first house. Ryan has made this process seamless and been able to advise us throughout with his wealth of knowledge.
With neither of us familiar with the process of buying, he has worked well above and beyond helping us both with his side of the role sorting our mortgage, but also, more generally in the whole process of buying a house and what steps we need to take, and when we need to take them. While putting an offer in Ryan was off from work but still booked in a call with us and liaised with us and the estate agent throughout the day and managed to close the negotiations that day, all while being off work.
Couldn’t recommended any more, although the fee is slightly higher than other companies, I feel this is a case of you get what you pay for and I couldn’t be happier with Ryan’s service.
We meet with Ryan at the Cromer office. He was incredibly helpful and spent the time to explain all the step and our options. He then negotiated with the seller’s estate agent on our behalf and secured the property we were interested in for £15,000 below the guide price. Overall we were very happy with how things went.
I am very pleased with the service! Everything has been explained very clearly and all my questions have been answered promptly, which has made the process a lot less daunting! It's been exactly what I hoped for!
