A most excellent level of service. I dealt with Gemma Allen, who was exteemly helpful and very pleasant. She ran through exactly what was going to happen, the whole process and at each stage asked if I had any questions and my understanding. As a great help, Gemma completes much of the details required, but openly shares her computer screen with you to ensure all is being completed correctly and as per your wishes. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gemma to anyone seeking help with a mortgage. An excellent level of customer service and appreciation. Very highly recommended.

I have used Fox and Sons Mortgage Services for over 15 Years and quite frankly no one has came close to the exceptional, honest, trustworthiness, reliable and great customer service experience provided by the whole team and namely ‘Helena’ who is an absolute star in how she conducts her business.
