We have been life time members with Fox & Sons since the purchase of our first home back in 2020. This year with a growing family we undertook the chance of upsizing to a new home and moving away from our first, and luck would have it that we were placed in the care of their mortgage advisor, Charlie Collins - and we truly couldn't have asked for a better representative.
Charlie has been beyond exceptional throughout every single stage of our journey and continues to be to this day. He's supported us with a particularly complex family situation through professionalism, sensitivity, and complete reassurance as well as being very down to earth and realistic with us. What we anticipated to be a really overwhelming momentous thing, suddenly became manageable because of his calm guidance and clear communication. With his guidance we knew exactly what we were getting and didn't feel we were being taken for granted.
During this exchange of properties, I have been through my second trimester with my second baby, but Charlie supported the process so much that it felt smooth and stress-free at a time when we have so much going on. I'm sure that hasn't been easy for him, dealing with a woman with baby-brain and an overtired husband trying to pick our jaws off the floor when attempting to recall what mortgage rate he spoke to us about, what specific numbers or details he needed etc. He was so considerate of our circumstances and worked tirelessly to make this as easy as possible for us and our first son who turned one during our meeting.
For us, what stood out most is his dedication - He regularly adjusted his work hours to fit around our busy schedules and was always available to answer any questions we had, no matter how small or how many times he's probably already told us the answer. He is patient, responsive and determined to secure the best outcome for us and that never went unnoticed.
Charlie is the third staff member we've had with Sequence and Fox & Sons, and we can honestly say that as a company they've never let us down. They are willing to take on less than straight forward cases and I've yet to see them fail to achieve something positive. They make exceptions for people and even generously supported our sale of our property with discounts that they didn't have to do.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fox & Sons to anyone - whether you're a first-time buyer or dealing with a more complex situation. Charlie Collins happens to be just one of their staff and he's an absolute credit to work with.
