Having a small property in Kemp Town, Brighton brings lots of challenges. There is a frequent tenant turnover and since the buildings are more than 150 years old, there is always some issue popping up. All issues have been dealt in a calm and professional manner which is crucial as renting the place out brings lots of challenges.

It is good to know that your flat is in safe hands especially if you don't live in the same town. The agency was patiently assisting us during the difficult times as having a flat in a very old building usually brings many problems. The communication is very fast (within hours) which enables quick actions when needed. The management fee is competitive and is fully recommended especially for people who don't have the time to frequently pop by the property or deal with tenants.

As a landlord, I have found the services provided by Fox & Sons at Kemp Town, East Sussex, over the last several years to be unfailingly excellent, efficient, friendly and prompt. They have liaised with my tenants effectively, settled any disputes and dealt with the maintenance of my property in a way I could not find fault with.
