Fox & Sons in Southsea show care and interest in your property at all times and do not forget you after the contract has been signed. They have shown me they value customer service and stick to their promises of care and attention throughout the whole length of the contract. As a landlord I am very happy with the way they work and how they have dealt with my property and tenant. In many cases going the extra mile to ensure my tenant is happy and my property in good condition.

The service I received from Fox and Sons and in particular Daniel, was excellent. Daniel went out of his way to organise an early viewing on a property that he knew would match what I was looking for. They were on hand to answer all my questions quickly and thoroughly, and the service was smooth and hassle free. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent a new property in the future.

I really appreciate your enthusiasm to get things sorted and keep the tenants happy. I am renting a flat, as a tenant, close to work in London and both the rental agency and property owner are utterly rubbish. Thanks to Sarah, she was amazing from start to finish! I was given a very professional, friendly service and the whole thing ran very smoothly. Sarah was always very helpful and if she wasn't available when I phoned in I was guaranteed to receive a call back from her shortly after, (one of my biggest frustration with dealing with estate agents in the past, nothing worse than having to chase!) Sarah has been managing the sale of our flat for the last 5 months (let's just say it was complicated!) and has done an outstanding job. Matthew's approach from the outset was fantastic - he was friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. He immediately arranged a viewing for that night and made this process so easy and straightforward for us, all of our questions were answered quickly. The process of references, sorting deposits etc. was made stress free by Matt, and before we knew it we had the keys to our dream house! I couldn't recommend Matt more highly.
