Sold our flat through Fox & Son's and they were absolutely fantastic, kept in regular contact and were proactive in getting it sold for us unlike the previous agents we were with. Craig who dealt with our mortgage went above and beyond for us, staying late to ensure our mortgage request went through so we received the quoted rate and explained the process in clear and if I’m honest, complete layman’s terms so I could understand what was going on.
