Excellent value, friendly and professional

My overall experience was positive, from initial referral by the estate agent to having an appointment for an agreement in principle. Then a follow up appointment to submit a formal application. The whole process was hassle free and in total about 3 hours which included insurance and life cover.

The mortgage advisor was very patient, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions promptly by either mail or phone and I popped into the office just to sign all the documents.

We got a great deal and a lifetime support package for future remortgage or purchase that is free of charge after a one off low cost fee.

I would highly recommend the mortgage advisor and hope to use them again even though I will be in another part of the country they are that good.

Quality

Myself and my partner are currently in the process of buying our first home. Katrice, who was very helpful, very kindly recommended us to Craig as our mortgage advisor. Craig was nothing short of fantastic and was very personable, answering all the questions that we had and always putting our needs and wants first. We were recommended a lot of mortgage advisors from different agents but it was a no brainier to stick with Craig.
