We had 3 agents visit to give us valuations on the same day. Bradley was our first and he was the only agent who showed any ‘interest’ in the property. He took measurements, asked questions, went outside to get the full effect of our outdoor space, and left us with paperwork to read through when he left. The other 2 agents walked about with their hands in their pockets and left without leaving so much as a business card.
