The lounge is a lovely space to relax on your holiday, as well as being the perfect place to proudly entertain your guests. French doors provide access to the decking, as well as allowing for natural light to flood the lounge, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. A Two-seater sofa and two armchairs with Scatter cushions for decoration add comfort, an Electric fire with feature fire surround, TV/storage unit, sideboard, and coffee table all contribute to the functionality and organization of the lounge. The TV/storage unit provides a designated space for the television and additional storage for media equipment. The sideboard offers storage for various items like books, magazines, or other belongings. The coffee table serves as a centrepiece, providing a surface for placing drinks, snacks, and other items.

Dining Area

A comfortable and inviting space for meals and gatherings. Featuring;
A Freestanding dining table, providing a central gathering space for meals and can accommodate multiple people. Surrounded by Upholstered chairs, providing extra comfort for those sitting at the table.
Welsh dresser with shelves and cabinets on the top portion for displaying dishes, glassware, or decorative items, while the lower portion consists of drawers or cabinets for storing dining essentials such as table linens, cutlery, and servingware.

Kitchen

This kitchen is an essential area in the holiday home, boasting elements including, Breakfast bar with stools and feature pendant lighting, providing a casual dining space, double-width larder unit with integrated storage accessories for food items, groceries, and kitchen supplies. The double-width larder unit offers ample storage space and provides organization and accessibility. There is an integrated microwave so that it doesn't take up additional counter space. The integrated design helps maintain a streamlined and cohesive look in the kitchen. There is also integrated under-counter fridge and freezer. A Gas oven/grill and hob with glass splashback, statement cooker hood, and extractor fan, provides a versatile cooking solution in the kitchen. Completing the kitchen is a handy utility cupboard featuring a freestanding washing machine. This setup helps to keep the laundry area organised and separate from the main kitchen space.
