Accept Your Quotation - Once you are happy to proceed, a deposit equivalent to 40% of the plot value is payable.
Completion at Golden Brick Stage - When your plot reaches Golden Brick stage, the remaining 60% balance becomes payable and legal completion takes place.
Build Your Home - You can then complete the construction of your home using your own appointed contractor.
Design Code
This sets out guidelines for the scheme and in particular, expectations for the building form and external materials specifications.
